The chapter, "Mentor Support & Values Transformation," makes the point that the most important support for structure and ADDers is the support that comes from a mentor. The impartation of information or the conveyance of knowledge is not the kind of support that improves life with ADD. Mentors don’t inform us-—they transform us by their lives and examples. Mentors don’t impart facts—the inspire insight. They are the cocoons that take our caterpillars and make us butterflies.
