After all the good stuff I've shared in the book "Born Losers or Leaders?--A Positive Spiritual Perspective on ADD/adhd," some ADDers still want to be told what to do! Why? They have been told by others who they are. They have tried to please the important people in their lives. Living under the thumb of others can be safe and secure, but not satisfying or spiritual. Those poor ADDers...are never really happy. They never know who THEY are---so they don't know what they do! If an ADDer is clueless about who they are and what to do, I usually work w/ them on the 3Rs---that's the 2nd half of this podcast.
