Wounded Hearts Workshop, Podcast 022609

This simulcast is an attempt to share with you the material being covered in our meetings in Costa Mesa. In our meetings to "Help ADDers in Troubled Times" we're going through the "Wounded Hearts Walk In Circles: Reasons & Remedies for Repeated Mistakes" book by Jerry Seiden. In this podcast, Jerry reads the first 2 chapters: "Fellow Travelers" & "Daylight Ahead." In these difficult times, we ADDers struggle more than most. In the stress of economic hardship, our brains shut down and we spin our wheels. The meetings provide encouragement to the ADDers who attend and the materials help us see the woundedness that keeps us from succeeding as others do. More of the other books will be uploaded..... I just did this to let you hear what our Friday night ADDers are hearing and working on.
